Dr. Lily Garcia was born and raised in Columbia, South Carolina. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology with a minor in Chemistry from Winthrop University in 2022. She then attended North Carolina State University, where she earned her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree in May 2026.
After completing veterinary school, Dr. Garcia moved to Indian Trail to be closer to her friends and family. Her professional interests include pain management, ophthalmology, and internal medicine. She believes in treating every patient as if they were her own, with a strong focus on communication and building lasting relationships with pet owners.
When she’s not in the clinic, you can find her baking sweet treats, enjoying a workout, or catching a sunrise. Dr. Garcia also loves visiting her two pets back home: Enzo, her dog, and Suki, her cat.
